Ingredients:
- Potato (approx. 1/2 potato makes one patty)
- Mixed frozen vegetables carrot, corn, peas, etc.
- cilantro
- chili powder, to taste
- salt, to taste
- lemon juice
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- bread crumbs
Preparation:
Boil the potatos and mush them in a bowl. Mix vegetables, cilantro, onion, chili powder, salt, lemon juice. Use bread crumbs or pieces of bread to help the mixture bind together and make patties.Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat patties till they turn a little brown on each side.
