Ingredients:
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Steam the carrots in a small amount of water until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain thoroughly.In a medium saucepan, combine the carrots, onion, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
