Ingredients:
- 2 apples, cored
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup kosher wine
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation:
Finely chop the apples and walnuts, or, process in a food processor until coarse. Pour the remaining infredients over the apples and walnuts and combine well.Allow to marinate at least one hour before serving. Enjoy!
