Two Cheese Pasta Sauce

Two Cheese Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups grated gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp Italian spices (or use oregano and parsley)
  • dash salt and pepper

Preparation:

Melt the cheese over medium low heat until well combine. Stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined.

Serve immediately over pasta.
