Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups grated gorgonzola cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tbsp Italian spices (or use oregano and parsley)
- dash salt and pepper
Preparation:
Melt the cheese over medium low heat until well combine. Stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined.Serve immediately over pasta.
