Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup oil
- 4 tsp Ener-G Egg Replacer
- 8 tbsp water
Preparation:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir milk and oil into flour mixture.In separate bowl beat Egg Replacer with water until foamy (about 30 seconds). Fold the flour mixture into Egg Replacer.
Bake in medium-hot waffle iron.
