A barbecue favorite: Grilled Corn on the Cob

When thinking about going vegetarian or vegan, sometimes we forget that so much of the food we already eat is vegetarian or vegan already. Corn on the cob is one of those foods! Just be sure to use a vegan margarine, then dress up your corn on the cob with your favorite spices. So, if you're heading to a vegetarian or vegan barbecue sometime soon, why not bring along a classic favorite - grilled corn on the cob! Here are a few of my favorite ways to spice up corn on the cob:
